MBSC - Weigh the Odds

Deze mobiele applicatie biedt zorgverleners een eenvoudig te gebruiken hulpmiddel voor het voorspellen van uitkomsten en VTE-risico voor kandidaten voor bariatrische chirurgie. Voorspelde resultaten zijn onder meer het verwachte gewichtsverlies, het risico op complicaties en het oplossen van comorbiditeiten voor de meest voorkomende bariatrische chirurgische procedures. De VTE-calculator biedt risico-gestratificeerde behandelrichtlijnen. De inhoud is ontwikkeld door de Michigan Bariatric Surgery Collaborative (MBSC), een Blue Cross Blue Shield / Blue Care Network van het door Michigan gesponsorde consortium van bariatrische chirurgen en ziekenhuizen in de staat Michigan.
